Office spaces in a four floors building measure 4 x 250m2, 2 x 350m2, all together 200m2 per floor and are comprised of common space, which includes one reception, a kitchen with a smaller dining room, corridors, toilets on each floor, an elevator and a staircase. The building is equipped with Ethernet UTP wiring UTP 5, convector heating, cooling and air-conditioning, a telephone line and a fiber optic cable with unlimited number of telephone lines and a conference room with a ceiling projector. There is also a separate entrance for staff and visitors/customers.
All premises are fire protected and equipped with video surveillance and control of access.
Building Planjava 4a
Office space of 500m2 is divided into two floors namely 150m2 on the ground floor and 350m2 on the first floor. A glass staircase measuring 60m2 connects the floors. Each floor comprises of office space and common space equipped with toilet and a kitchen.
Additionally, warehouse space is available in the same building. The warehouse space is divided by two floors, which are linked by a freight elevator.
All premises are fire protected and equipped with video surveillance and control of access.

IMS INVEST was founded in 1999 as a part of reorganization of IMS GROUP's profit centers. At the beginning the primary business was construction of business premises for the purpose of letting. In 2001 IMS INVEST expended its activity to road construction, manufacturing of composed bitumen and low temperature asphalt binders on the basis of Sasobit for Slovenian market. Moreover, in 2008 IMS INVEST established an exclusive distribution license with today's Solenis, a company for manufacturing and distributing chemicals and treating water for paper and pulp industry, for Slovenian and Croatian market. In 2015 the firm also started to supply raw vermiculite from Dhiniza mine in Zimbabwe for the needs of the European market.
